Skye Blue Properties Ltd is a family run business. Whilst this is a development focussed company we also have experience in investing ourselves and so understand importance of you and your say! We want you to be involved in the progress whilst leaving the hard work to us.
Specialising in residential properties within midlands we also have a goal to own and run HMOs to help the homeless or those who just need a little help.
We have contacts with skilled professionals to help get the job done quickly and on budget!
What We do
First step
We discuss with you what type of property you may look to invest in, if you don’t know that’s ok! We will provide some suggestions and the go out and locate a few options.
Second step
Once we have chosen a property to invest in and secure the sale, we will begin works to bring your investment to life!
Third and final step
Once the work is complete, we will arrange to have the property listed, whether it’ll be to sell or rent. Then, enjoy your investment rewards!
